SMS Terms & Conditions
Program Description
Particle Technology Labs (“PTL,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS program used to send job application updates, interview and appointment scheduling to individuals who have provided express written consent to receive them. This is a conversational and transactional messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from PTL by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on a PTL online form, including our employment application and contact forms. The box is not pre-checked and submitting the form without checking it will not enroll you.
- Providing your mobile number and signing the SMS consent section on a paper employment application or client onboarding document.
- Texting a PTL number to start a conversation with us.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of applying for employment, or of purchasing any goods or services from PTL.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent on an as-needed basis in connection with your job application, a scheduled appointment, or an active project. You will typically receive no more than 25 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from PTL. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will receive no further text messages from us. You may also opt out by emailing info@particletechlabs.com or calling 630-403-0127. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other forms of communication, such as email or phone calls, related to your application or project.
