Antonette R. Seneviratne-Anglewicz is Particle Technology Labs’ Chief Operating Officer. She joined our team in 2026, bringing with her years of experience in business operations and leadership.
Before coming to PTL, she served as Growth & Operations Lead and Chief of Staff at Booz Allen Hamilton, Seneviratne-Anglewicz architected and scaled operations for one of the leading civilian enterprise portfolio markets. During her tenure, she deployed advanced workflow systems, reduced operational inefficiencies, accelerated executive decision-making, and improved forecasting accuracy — translating complex organizational challenges into disciplined, scalable operating models.
Seneviratne-Anglewicz holds a Master of Public Administration with a Finance concentration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from John Carroll University. She holds several certifications and was recognized with Booz Allen Hamilton’s highest individual honor, the prestigious Values in Practice (VIP) Award, for her cross-functional leadership and client impact.
