Particle Technology Labs (PTL), the world’s premier analytical contract laboratory specializing in particle characterization testing, today announced two significant leadership milestones: the retirement of Executive Vice President and Director of Operations Lisa Jandacek, and the appointment of Antonette R. Seneviratne-Anglewicz as the laboratory’s new Chief Operating Officer.
33 Years of Leadership: Honoring Lisa Jandacek
Few people in the particle characterization industry can claim the kind of institutional impact that Lisa Jandacek has had at Particle Technology Labs. One of PTL’s original employees, Jandacek joined the company in 1993 as an office manager and bookkeeper. Over the course of 33 years, she grew alongside PTL, earning the role of Managing Director in 2008 and Director of Operations in 2012 before being named Executive Vice President.
Jandacek was instrumental in building and coordinating the customer service and business development operations that made PTL synonymous with scientific rigor, client satisfaction, and analytical excellence. She will remain available in an advisory capacity, working closely with Seneviratne-Anglewicz to ensure a seamless transition before fully stepping away from the organization she helped build.
Welcoming New Leadership: Antonette R. Seneviratne-Anglewicz
As PTL looks toward its next chapter, the laboratory has appointed Antonette R. Seneviratne-Anglewicz as its new Chief Operating Officer. Seneviratne-Anglewicz brings more than two decades of enterprise operations, financial leadership, and data-driven transformation experience to the role, where she will oversee operational strategy, cross-functional execution, and long-range growth initiatives.
Most recently serving as Growth & Operations Lead and Chief of Staff at Booz Allen Hamilton, Seneviratne-Anglewicz architected and scaled operations for one of the leading civilian enterprise portfolio markets. During her tenure, she deployed advanced workflow systems, reduced operational inefficiencies, accelerated executive decision-making, and improved forecasting accuracy — translating complex organizational challenges into disciplined, scalable operating models.
“Antonette’s exceptional record of building high-performing operating environments, combined with her expertise in automation and financial governance, positions her perfectly to help lead PTL into its next chapter of growth,” says Jandacek. “I am confident that the best chapters of PTL’s story are still ahead — and that Rosie will play a central role in writing them.”
Seneviratne-Anglewicz holds a Master of Public Administration with a Finance concentration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from John Carroll University. She holds several certifications and was recognized with Booz Allen Hamilton’s highest individual honor, the prestigious Values in Practice (VIP) Award, for her cross-functional leadership and client impact.
“I am truly honored to join Particle Technology Labs at such an exciting moment in its evolution. PTL’s reputation for independence, scientific rigor, and client-centered service is extraordinary,” commented Seneviratne-Anglewicz. “I look forward to building on that foundation by strengthening our operational infrastructure, improving our go-to-market capabilities, and enabling our world-class team to deliver even greater value to the industries and communities we serve.”
