Human Resource Manager
Jenn Rodriguez joined PTL as an Order Entry Specialist in 2015, before eventually advancing to her current position as Human Resource Manager.
Ms. Rodriguez works closely with both customers and our Order Entry personnel, ensuring clients receive the best care possible the moment samples arrive for analysis. Ms. Rodriguez assists managing the Customer Service department with Ms. Hubert, focusing on processes related to customer orders, client relations, reporting, and sales. In addition, Ms. Rodriguez specializes in human resources, relied upon to assist with benefit administration, adherence to state/federal guidelines, and new staff onboarding.
Ms. Rodriguez received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Devry University.
